Update following RTC East Lancs Road, Croxteth

Merseyside Police can confirm that following a road traffic collision on the East Lancs Road, Croxteth on Wednesday, 27 February, a second person has now died.

The 51-year-old male taxi driver, died on Wednesday, 13 March in hospital.

A 26-year-old man from St Helens arrested in connection with this collision was released under investigation and enquiries are on-going.
